Originally from Romania, Northern Ireland is home now. Building good relationships with both colleagues and customers matters a lot to me – I’ve always believed a bit of kindness and a smile go a long way.

I’m part of the Finance team at Xpert, I love the variety that comes with the role – finding solutions that help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes is genuinely satisfying. It’s given me the chance to develop my skills as part of a great team, and there’s always something new to learn.

Outside of work, my favourite place to be is with my family. I love travelling, looking after my plants, and finding inspiration in home décor. Whether it’s exploring somewhere new or just enjoying a quiet coffee, it’s the little things that keep life balanced.
