  • Executive Assistant & Follow-up Manager

    Working hours: 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday (other work patterns considered, including part-time hours)

    Contract type: Permanent

    We are looking for an engaging, highly-organised and team-focused individual to join our Management team to provide support to the Managing Director and Sales Director, ensuring that priorities, communication, and commitments are executed efficiently. You will also take ownership of meeting and action follow-ups, task tracking, and coordination across multi-dimensional teams.

    You will possess recent experience in a similar role, including multiple task execution and project delivery involving a range of stakeholders. You will be proficient in MS Office and have a proven track record of working with highly confidential information.

    You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied and collaborative environment, maintaining focus on achieving agreed key performance measures and utilising your own initiative.
