Ross Wilson

I joined Xpert Workwear after building my career in Direct Sales, Training and Business Development across a variety of industries. My background has always centred around helping businesses grow, developing strong customer relationships and creating opportunities.

As Business Development Executive, I focus on introducing new customers to the Xpert brand across the UK, working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and support our continued growth. No two days are ever the same, and that’s one of the things I enjoy most about the role.

Outside of work, Family life keeps me busy with my four boys. Whenever I get some free time, you’ll usually find me cooking, experimenting with homemade pizza, enjoying a good coffee, or watching Formula 1. I’m also a keen gamer and enjoy getting outdoors whenever I can.

I love learning new skills, taking on new challenges, and bringing that same enthusiasm and energy into everything I do.
