I’ve been with Xpert since October 2008, coming up on 18 years now.

I started out in the warehouse, and after a few years I moved into doing pickups and stock collections, which I really enjoyed. From there I moved into merchandising and building stands as grew and expanded. Reuben noticed I liked being out and about and offered me the chance to take on my own sales area, and that’s how I ended up in sales.

What I enjoy most about it is helping customers grow, that’s the real reward for me. Getting out, chatting to people, and being part of their success is what it’s all about.

Outside of work, my time is spent with my family, my son keeps me busy every weekend and through the holidays, I like to be busy so that works for me.

My favourite food has to be sushi, and if I had to pick a favourite film, it’s Shawshank Redemption.
