I’ve always believed that if you focus on better, bigger will come.

Having worked across many different areas of the business throughout my career, that’s the mindset that I bring to Xpert every day. I genuinely love business and the opportunities it creates to improve lives, develop people and build something that’s greater than the sum of its parts. I’m passionate about improving the customer experience, strengthening our culture and helping Xpert get better every day.

What I enjoy most isn’t the title, it’s the people. I’m fortunate to work alongside an amazing team who care deeply about what they do, and my role is simply to help keep everyone moving in the same direction and provide the support needed to turn great ideas into reality.

Away from work, most of my time is spent enjoying family life with my wife and our two young children. I also enjoy being involved in the local community through church activities, charitable initiatives and supporting others where I can.
