Getting into sales was almost an accident. I was working for a company that sold paint, I was out one day and a customer told me I should get into sales, they thought I’d be good at it, so I gave it a go. I remember being terrified before my first call. That was about ten or twelve years ago now.

Joining Xpert has honestly been the highlight of my career so far. I still love every day out on the road.
What I love about the job is the relationships more than anything, watching a customer go from a standard account to someone who genuinely trusts you and makes a real difference to the business every month. Hitting targets is great, but it’s the people side that keeps me in it.

Outside of work, I’m a big Manchester United fan and I’m into rugby too. Favourite food has to be Indian, chicken tikka masala, every time.
