Rod McIlwane

Rod has been with us since 2004 – 22 years and counting. His mum spotted the job advert for a forklift driver and told him to go and apply, and the rest is history. He has seen the place change a lot over the years and says it is amazing to see.

Outside of work he spends most of his free time gardening. His favourite food is a good stew and If he could have a superpower, it’d be to have super speed.
